My sister-in-law gave me a great recipe for play clay that smells terrific.
KOOL-AID DOUGH
Kool-aid cookbook
Mix in saucepan
1 cup flour
¼ cup salt
2 tablespoon cream of tarter
1 envelope unsweetened Kool-aid (2 quart)
Stir in:
1 cup water
1 tablespoon oil
Stir over medium heat 3-5 minutes until mixture forms a ball in center of pan. Remove to floured surface and knead 1 minute.
Store in air tight container.
Since there is nothing dangerous in the clay I let them taste it once! and that is all it took. No one was tempted to eat it. It has a really nice texture and was really fun to play with.
It looks sooo yummy. Reminds me of lime sherbet. My favourite!
